UV Curtain coating machines are suitable for rapidly coating large-area materials. When operating independently, it can achieve a maximum production efficiency of 110 m/min. When used in conjunction with a UV curing machine, the coating can be dried in just 3-10 seconds, saving considerable drying space.
With precise control of coating fluidity and thickness, the UV curtain coating machine can easily achieve a high-gloss or mirror-like finish. It can apply a paint film with a thickness of at least 0.06mm, resulting in a uniform and smooth coating without roller marks, sagging, bubbles, or other defects.
The UV curtain coating machine is equipped with a paint circulation system. Paint that doesn’t adhere to the material surface is filtered multiple times in the paint tank and reused. The paint remains in liquid form throughout the process, with no paint mist emissions, and achieves a paint utilization rate of over 96%.
The main knife body of the UV curtain coating machine uses a mechanical flip-style tool bit rather than a traditional air-cylinder type. The knife is made of aluminium alloy rather than steel, which has better thermal conductivity, helping it retain its shape and creating an even paint stream and waterfall. Its chamber is large enough to hold more paint and can be precisely adjusted to ensure a smooth paint finish of varying thicknesses.
Our UV curtain coating machine's knife body undergoes precision manufacturing processes, including T6 heat treatment, surface planishing, and surface electroplating. T6 is an international standard process for aluminium alloys that elevates the overall mechanical strength and structural compactness and prevents deformation, corrosion, and wear of the knife body during long-term high-load coating operations.
The UV curtain coating machine is equipped with a heating stainless steel box containing seven stainless steel mesh filters of varying degrees, creating a longer paint flow circuit to ensure that air bubbles and other impurities are removed from the paint before use. Simultaneously, our precisely manufactured low-speed, heavy-duty impeller pump ensures a uniform flow of UV coating and a stable supply to the machine's knife body.
This professional UV-resistant conveyor belt from the Netherlands features excellent resistance to UV coating corrosion, chemical erosion, and high-temperature ageing. It eliminates common problems such as paint adhesion, stains, and back panel contamination during the coating process. Daily cleaning requires only a simple wipe with alcohol or UV thinner to restore a clean surface.
