Automatic Lifting Sanding Frames

This primer sanding machine features a fixed worktable design. Double-sanding frames move vertically to adjust machining clearance, facilitating production line connection and avoiding workpiece edge damage from the sanding belt.

Automatic Thickness Detection

Thanks to its advanced configuration, this primer sanding machine's feed inlet supports automatic, precise detection of each workpiece's thickness and transmits the data to the PLC control system, enabling a fully automated sanding process.

9MM Steel Pipe and Eccentric Shaft

The sanding axis features a sturdy 9mm seamless steel pipe paired with an eccentric shaft core and an NSK bearing. It's carefully crafted to maintain a balance error of just around ±0.02mm, preventing any missed or uneven sanding.

Korea Elastic Nitrile-Butadiene Rubber

The primer sanding machine utilizes Korea elastic Nitrile-butadiene rubber as the sanding roller, incorporating both hard and cushion features to ensure proper stretching of the sand belt and to prevent over-sanding of the primer.

Independent Shaft Hanging Plate

Each spindle is securely mounted on a separate sturdy hanging plate to ensure stable and reliable operation. Sanding deviation can be conveniently corrected by reversing the screw rotation, with each turn providing a precise 0.1mm adjustment.

Eccentric Shaft Damp Lifting

The front sanding frame employs a cylinder-driven eccentric shaft mechanism for lifting while in standby mode. It can rapidly elevate the shaft during emergency shutdowns, thereby effectively preventing surface scratches and material damage.

Sand Belt Oscillation Dust Blowing

A swing-type air-blowing device is mounted above the sanding belt to continuously clear dust during processing. It optimizes sanding quality and noticeably extends the service lifespan of the sanding belt, making the process more efficient.

Sanding Belt Adjust Knobs

Equipped with dust removal brushes at the rear of the sanding frames to effectively clear residual dust. The sanding frame face features knobs that can adjust the sanding belt if it is misaligned; these knobs are intuitively designed and easy to operate.
