Eight GRACO Air Mix Spray Guns
The eight adjustable GRACO middle-pressure air-mix spray guns deliver consistent atomization and smooth spray, boost paint transfer efficiency, minimize paint mist rebound, and ensure superior quality.
Model: SL-TSWP-W
Integrated with a spacious paint booth, the spray coating machine is equipped with eight spray guns mounted on two horizontal axes that can run in the same or opposite directions. It features a complete positive-pressure air system, automatic belt cleaning, and paint-recycling functions, delivering a fully automatic coating process and superior coating results.
Application Materials:
Application Coatings:
The reciprocating spray coating machine keeps panels moving while two independently driven gun carriages travel across the conveyor from opposite positions. Eight adjustable GRACO Air-Mix guns atomize the coating above the workpiece, covering the main surface and edges as the panel passes through the spray booth. As a continuous coating spray machine, it maintains stable paint application while supporting different finishing processes across various panel materials.
The spray coating machine supports UV, PU, water-based, metallic, primer, topcoat, and other compatible coating processes. Continuous conveying allows coating operations to run without repeated stopping and restarting between workpieces.
Each spray axis has its own servo drive, allowing the two gun carriages to operate in coordinated or reverse movements. Instead of keeping the guns at one fixed location, the system repeatedly crosses the moving panel and distributes spray passes across the required coating area.
The spraying sequence combines:
Different movement patterns can be selected according to workpiece dimensions and coating requirements. This flexibility allows the coating spray machine to match different production processes while maintaining continuous panel movement. As a result, the coating spray machine can handle changing spray routes without interrupting the overall production flow.
During spraying, excess coating may fall onto the reusable PE conveyor belt. At the booth exit, the belt passes through an automatic cleaning trolley that removes residual paint and collects the waste before additional washing stages.
The cleaned belt returns under the next panel with a prepared transport surface. This keeps the spray coating machine operating continuously while reducing coating buildup during repeated production cycles.
A Bonner light curtain detects the panel before it enters the active spraying area. The signal allows the control system to adjust gun activation and spray coverage according to the incoming workpiece position instead of spraying across empty conveyor space.
The machine can process doors, furniture panels, MDF, glass, marble, fiber-cement products, and other compatible sheet materials. When UV paint is included in the finishing process, the spraying section can also be integrated into a UV spray painting line.
Fresh air enters through the upper filtration section and creates controlled airflow inside the enclosed spray booth. The airflow carries airborne paint mist toward the rear filtration and exhaust system while panels continue moving beneath the reciprocating guns.
For production requiring different spray structures, such as narrow profiles, compact cells, five-axis movement, or robotic spraying, the process can be combined with other spray painting equipment according to the product requirements.

The eight adjustable GRACO middle-pressure air-mix spray guns deliver consistent atomization and smooth spray, boost paint transfer efficiency, minimize paint mist rebound, and ensure superior quality.
The GRACO Merkur bellows plunger pump has a 24:1 pressure ratio and a 9L flow rate. It can quickly switch and recover, is easy to rinse for color changes, and produces minimal pulsing to ensure an even spray.
The high-resolution, high-accuracy grating U.S. Bonner light curtain with solenoid valves automatically detects products, controls the spray range, and switches the spray guns.
The two spray coating axes are independently driven by two servo motors and centrally controlled by a PLC system, ensuring accurate spray motion and precise speed adjustment.
Two opposing spray axes reciprocate for even painting of moving products. The HIWIN silent linear guide rail features an ISHAN automatic lubrication device that injects fresh lubricant and removes waste, ensuring optimal rail performance.
The PE belt features high tensile strength, excellent winding, oil resistance, and easy cleaning. Equipped with an automatic correction device and an internal scraper, it ensures stable long-term operation and lasting double-sided cleanliness.
At the exit of the spray booth, the automatic belt-cleaning trolley scrapes off excess paint for recycling, then pumps thinner on the stainless steel rollers to wash the running belt in two stages, ensuring it is clean and dry during work.
Large fan and filter supply ample fresh air from the spray booth top, forming a pressurized airflow to reduce paint mist and collect paint in the back box for recycling and multiple filtration; all filter layers are easily removable for cleaning or replacement.
