This automatic conveyor is based on a double-leg gantry frame structure. Vacuum suction cups or sponge strips are installed on the arm. It is precisely controlled by a PLC and servo motors to automatically load and unload workpieces onto the production line in a rhythmic, rainbow-like motion trajectory, replacing manual labor and improving efficiency.
Frame-Type Loading and Unloading Machine
This automatic conveyor integrates a four-legged frame, an automatic loading and unloading arm, and a roller conveyor, suitable for the automatic loading and unloading of large or heavy workpieces, saving space and reducing overall costs.
Automatic Parallel Translation Conveyor
This automatic conveyor is specially designed for space-constrained production scenarios. It transfers workpieces along a U-shaped path from the end of one production line to another parallel line, maximizing space utilization while ensuring stable and smooth operation.
Automatic Parallel Translation Conveyor
As the workpiece passes the detector, the upper and lower rubber rollers gently and stably clamp it. Driven by cylinders and motors, the automatic conveyor rotates 180 degrees to flip the workpiece, then releases it for forward conveying. This conveyor is widely used for double-sided coating lines.
Protective Film Laminating Machine
This automatic conveyor adopts an automatic centering device to position workpieces accurately and fully cover their surfaces with protective film. It then automatically cuts the film between workpieces, effectively protecting finished products from scratches and contamination.
Automatic Hydraulic Lifting Machine
