The frame-type loading and unloading machine is based on a four-legged frame structure and uses pneumatic, double-row, fully computer-controlled suction cups to accurately locate the board's center position. The suction cups press the board, instantly evacuate air to form a vacuum, firmly adhere to it and quickly lift it along the track. At the destination end, the vacuum state is broken by instantly releasing air to achieve board placement. It is suitable for moving large or heavy workpieces, saving floor space and reducing overall costs.

Uniform Negative Pressure Distribution

The suction parts are evenly arranged to form a balanced suction force on the entire surface of the board. It can prevent indentation deformation caused by concentrated point pressure when handling thin or easily deformed panels. By uniformly distributing the vacuum pressure, the instability caused by edge warping and corner leakage is effectively mitigated, ensuring safe and smooth operation throughout the entire loading and unloading process.

Rubber-Covered Stainless Steel Roller

The stainless steel conveying rollers are fully wrapped with high-quality rubber. This soft rubber surface effectively prevents scratches to the workpiece during conveying.
