The high-temperature drying oven features gold-plated medium-to-long-wave infrared lamps that rapidly and uniformly heat its cavity to 100–250°C. The high-temperature drying oven utilizes gold-plated medium-to-long-wave infrared lamp tubes as its heat source. By leveraging the precise alignment between the emitted infrared wavelengths and the thermal absorption wavelengths, supplemented by the directional reflection provided by the gold plating, it is able to rapidly raise the internal temperature, achieving exceptionally high thermal efficiency and significantly shortening the paint drying cycle.
Our high-temperature drying oven was jointly developed with the Saint-Gobain Group and meets exceptionally high safety standards. The machine is equipped with explosion-proof motors with electromagnetic clutch, insulated heat-resistant bearings, and a standalone electrical cabinet featuring an industrial air-conditioning system. All wiring is concealed within insulated metal cable trays, comprehensively ensuring the equipment's safety and operational stability.
The high-temperature drying oven offers strong compatibility and can accommodate coatings with a wide variety of compositions. The length of the drying oven can be custom-designed or configured to suit specific coating characteristics and available space. In actual production, drying temperatures and times can be flexibly adjusted, and the unit can be seamlessly integrated with other equipment to facilitate highly efficient, automated production.
These IR lamps emit wavelengths that penetrate the coating surface, enabling rapid inside-out heating. Additionally, the gold plating’s high reflectivity and energy-concentrating properties ensure uniform infrared radiation coverage across all workpiece angles.
Both the sides and top of the oven are installed with comprehensive thermal insulation shields, internally filled with a dense 80mm high-performance aluminum silicate insulation layer, effectively minimizing heat loss and lowering heating energy consumption.
The stainless steel conveyor rollers are tightly wrapped with heat-resistant rope to prevent smooth workpieces, such as glass, from deviating or shifting in any direction. The conveying speed can be precisely adjusted by a Delta frequency inverter with vector output.
Equipped with high-quality, high-temperature-resistant bearings and a V-belt drive system, isolated from the high-temperature oven, this design outperforms traditional chain drives with lower conveying noise and safer, more stable long-term operation.
The standalone electrical cabinet with integrated HMI has an IP54 protection rating and is equipped with an industrial air conditioner, safety lock, internal lighting and external alarm light. Field wiring terminals feature digital labeling for easy maintenance.
Two intake fans are installed to supply fresh air and circulate it toward the VOCs exhaust port; this ensures more uniform temperature distribution within the oven while simultaneously expelling the solvents and harmful gases generated during the paint drying process.
The high-temperature drying oven’s safety guard is coated with heat-resistant paint and finished in a highly visible, aesthetic orange. Mounted away from heat sources, its outer surface stays below 50°C, with emergency stop devices installed at key positions.
In case of factory power failure, the electromagnetic clutch automatically disengages from the conveyor motor, turning the conveyor rollers into idlers. Workers can then manually remove workpieces from the oven with a handle to eliminate safety hazards.
