The paper belt spray painting machine uses kraft paper as the conveying medium. Inside a spacious, clean spray booth, spray guns perform automatic reciprocating motion to coat constant-speed advancing workpieces uniformly. Its vacuum adsorption keeps the kraft paper flat and wrinkle-free, preventing workpiece backside paint contamination, ideal for high-end double-sided coating products.

The paper belt spray painting machine precisely detects workpiece dimensions and position, confining spraying to the target area to eliminate overspray and missed coating, thus saving high-value paint. It replaces multiple skilled workers with a daily output of 1300-3000 ㎡, slashing production costs and boosting efficiency significantly.
At the inlet and outlet of the spray booth, there are two separate paper belt winding and unwinding devices. When workpieces are detected, these devices automatically feed new, clean paper and recycle used paper at a synchronized speed.
The spray painting machine is equipped with a vacuum blower and a perforated suction belt. Its vacuum adsorption function ensures the workpiece adheres tightly and seamlessly to the paper belt, preventing any coating defects along the edges.
Eight GRACO medium-pressure air-mix spray guns ensure uniform atomization and soft spraying, boosting paint transfer efficiency and reducing overspray bounce-back. Each spray gun has adjustable angles, with 360° horizontal and 90° vertical range.
The durable GRACO Merkur bellows plunger pump has a 24:1 pressure ratio and a 9L flow rate. It can quickly switch and recover, is easy to rinse for color changes, produces minimal pulsing to ensure an even spray, and boasts a long service life.
The high-resolution, high-accuracy grating U.S. Bonner light curtain with solenoid valves automatically detects workpiece positions and dimensions, controls the spray range, and switches the spray guns, thereby saving paint and conveyor consumables.
Two spray axes are independently driven by two servo motors and centrally controlled by a PLC system, able to move in the same or opposite directions to execute a Z-shaped spray path, increasing efficiency and ensuring a more uniform coating.
Two opposing spray axes reciprocate for even painting of moving products. The HIWIN silent linear guide rail features an ISHAN automatic lubrication device that injects fresh lubricant and removes waste, ensuring optimal rail performance.
A large fan and filter supply ample fresh air from the spray booth top, creating a frequency-regulated, pressurised airflow that prevents paint mist dispersion and external dust entry. Excess paint mist is collected in the back box for recovery.
