The compact spray paint machine combines reciprocating coating application, filtered air supply, overspray capture, and workpiece conveying inside one enclosed finishing cell. Four height-adjustable spray guns move above the panel path while product detection controls gun activation as each workpiece enters the spray zone. You can process wood-based panels, PVC, PET, glass, metal, ceramics, calcium silicate board, and other compatible flat materials with a range of decorative or functional coatings.
Keep the Spray Pattern Moving With the Workpiece
The reciprocating mechanism carries the spray guns across the panel instead of relying on a fixed spray position. Gun height and operating settings can be adjusted around the workpiece and coating process, while the diaphragm pump maintains paint delivery to the spraying section.
The standard spray setup brings several functions together:
- Four height-adjustable IWATA air spray guns
- Reciprocating motion across the workpiece path
- Automatic gun activation based on product detection
- Continuous paint delivery through a diaphragm pump
- Automatic lubrication for the reciprocating guide system
GRACO and KREMLIN spray guns are also available when your coating specification calls for a different gun configuration.
Control the Air Around the Coating Zone
A clean spray environment starts above the workpiece. Filtered positive-pressure air enters through the upper section of the booth, helping limit airborne contamination around the wet coating.
Overspray moves toward the circulating water curtain behind the spraying area, where paint particles are captured by the water flow. The rear stainless-steel filtration section provides another treatment stage before the extracted air reaches the external exhaust connection. Spray application and mist control therefore remain concentrated around the same enclosed work area.
Keep Operation Close to the Spray Cell
The cantilevered HMI sits beside the machine and can move with the operator position. Product-detection signals feed the PLC, which coordinates spraying and gun activation as workpieces pass through the booth.
You can adjust the spray configuration around different coatings while retaining the same compact machine layout. PU, PE, NC, AC, UV, water-based paint, fluorocarbon coatings, ink, glue, and other compatible materials are listed for the equipment.
Continue From Spraying Into the Finishing Line
Once coated, panels can move directly toward the required drying or curing stage. The machine can sit within a broader spray paint machine setup or connect with a UV spray painting line when compatible UV coatings are used.
Where the coating requires hot air, infrared, UV, or another drying method, the appropriate section can be selected from the paint drying oven range. This keeps spraying, overspray management, and downstream drying connected within the same production route.
