The 3D scanning automatic spray machine begins with workpiece recognition before coating starts. HIKROBOT vision technology captures the outer contour, dimensions, position, and internal openings of each part. After scanning is completed, the touchscreen displays the detected shape and related processing information. The generated data becomes the reference for five-axis spraying movement.

- Repeated parts using saved graphics and batch files

Keep One Table Spraying While The Other Is Ready For Changeover
Two rotating and turnover tables separate spraying and preparation operations. While one table remains inside the spraying area, the second table provides space for loading, unloading, or preparing the next workpiece.
Motor-driven indexing beneath each platform changes the workpiece orientation relative to the spray head. The five-axis mechanism then reaches additional edges and surfaces by adjusting the spray direction according to the part position.
This working method keeps the spraying process continuous by reducing downtime during workpiece changeover.
Follow The Scanned Shape With Five-Axis Motion
Servo-controlled axes move the spray head through linear travel and angular adjustment according to the scanned geometry. A HIWIN linear guide supports long-axis movement, while the integrated spray-head assembly changes position and angle around shaped surfaces and thicker edges.
The automatic spray machine keeps the spray head aligned with the workpiece as the profile changes. Curved and irregular components can be processed without being limited to a flat-panel spraying pattern.
Apply Coating Through A GRACO Air-Mix System
The spraying system uses a GRACO medium-pressure Air-Mix gun with a 30:1 plunger pump. The spray gun combines coating pressure and atomizing air to create a controlled spray pattern during movement.
The pump maintains stable coating supply while the motion system controls spray direction and coverage. This coordination keeps material delivery synchronized with the programmed spraying path.
For a wider finishing process, the cell can operate together with other spray painting equipment and suitable drying processes.
