The UV roller coating line is a highly efficient, precise, and environmentally friendly automatic coating production line. Based on the core principle of "contact-type quantitative coating" and combined with UV curing technology, it achieves breakthroughs in both coating quality and production efficiency, becoming a mainstream coating solution across industries such as furniture, building materials, and panel manufacturing.

Compared to traditional manual spraying of solvent-based paints (which require several days to dry naturally), UV roller coating lines offer hundreds of times greater efficiency. The curing process involves no solvent evaporation, and roller coating is better suited to the flat substrates, avoiding problems such as paint mist and uneven coating that occur during spraying.

The Workflow of UV Roller Coating Lines is as Follows:

Materials Feeding: We typically use manual labor or automatic loading machines to perform this task.
Surface Treatment: The methods for surface treatment differ depending on the material. For example, we will sand and dust solid wood to achieve a consistent thickness and a spotless surface.
UV Roller Coating: This step is crucial for determining the coating's quality. The doctor steel roller is responsible for precise control of paint supply, while the rubber roller evenly transfers the paint to the surface of the material.
UV Leveling: Heating promotes paint leveling and prevents coating defects, such as waviness and orange peel.
UV Curing: UV coatings rapidly polymerize and crosslink under ultraviolet irradiation via photoinitiators, completing the curing process in just a few seconds and significantly reducing drying time.
Finished Products: After coating, we can use machines to automatically cover protective film, stack products, or make other preparations for the next process.
