The panel dust cleaning machine removes loose dust, fibers, light burrs, and surface impurities before primer or subsequent coating. Two anti-static brush rollers rotate in opposite directions to sweep across the workpiece, followed by twin air blowers that clear particles left behind after brushing. You can place the cleaning section directly in a continuous finishing route where panels need a cleaner surface before coating continues.
Prepare the Surface Without Interrupting Panel Flow
Panels remain on the conveyor throughout the cleaning sequence. Instead of stopping the workpiece for manual wiping, the machine combines several cleaning actions during one continuous pass:
- Counter-rotating brush rollers loosen dust and surface debris
- Anti-static brush material limits charge buildup during contact
- Twin air blowers remove fine particles remaining after brushing
- Adjustable brush height keeps the cleaning position matched to the workpiece
- Variable-speed conveying coordinates the machine with adjacent equipment
This sequence suits light-duty surface cleaning after sanding, handling, or other processes that may leave loose contamination on the panel.
Sweep From Opposite Directions Across the Surface
The two brush rollers rotate clockwise and counterclockwise rather than moving in the same direction. Their opposing action reaches the workpiece surface from different directions as the panel passes underneath.
Fine wood dust, fibers, and loose residue are lifted away from the surface by the brushes. A dovetail lifting structure supports vertical brush adjustment, while the digital handwheel provides a visible reference when setting the working position for different panel conditions.
Finish the Cleaning Pass With Twin Air Blowers
Brush cleaning is followed by two blower sections positioned near the discharge side. Their airflow removes fine particles that remain loose on the panel after mechanical brushing.
The top dust-collection connection can also connect with a central extraction system, allowing brushed and airborne debris to move away from the working area rather than accumulating around the conveyor.
Place Dust Removal Where the Coating Process Needs It
You can combine this cleaning stage with other surface treatment equipment when your line includes sanding, dust removal, and coating preparation in sequence.
For continuous finishing, cleaned panels can move directly into a UV roller coating line or another compatible coating process. Conveyor speed adjustment helps the cleaning section follow the production pace without creating a separate handling step between surface preparation and coating.
