Belt Conveyor

Model: SL-FCB

SENLIAN belt conveyor provides stable panel transfer between coating, surface treatment, drying, and other processing equipment. It uses a PVC conveyor belt with automatic deviation correction and variable-frequency speed control, allowing flexible integration into continuous coating and finishing lines.

Application Materials:

  • Fiber cement board, magnesium oxide board, calcium silicate board
  • Wood, MDF, particleboard, plywood, PVC, PET
  • Marble, metal panels, and other compatible materials

Application Scenarios:

  • Furniture panels, doors, flooring, and ceiling panels
  • Decorative boards, interior wall panels, and exterior wall panels

Belt Conveyor Selection for Coating Lines

SENLIAN’s Belt Conveyor supports flat-panel transfer between surface preparation, coating, drying, and downstream handling stages. The right configuration depends on workpiece dimensions, connection height, available floor space, feeding direction, and the operating pace of surrounding equipment. Three standard widths cover common panel sizes, while non-standard dimensions and electrical settings can be adjusted around the actual line layout.

Automatic Conveyor Selection by Line Layout

Confirm the main production conditions before selecting a standard or customized configuration:

  • Maximum workpiece width, length, thickness, and weight
  • Material type and surface condition
  • Required feeding direction
  • Connection height with adjacent machines
  • Required line speed
  • Available installation space
  • Local voltage and frequency

These details help define the appropriate working width, overall dimensions, and connection position. They also reduce the risk of mismatched heights, feeding directions, or electrical requirements when several machines operate as one continuous process.

Panel Transfer for Different Flat Materials

The continuous conveying surface can handle wood, MDF, particleboard, plywood, fiber cement board, magnesium oxide board, calcium silicate board, PVC, PET, marble, and metal panels. Different substrates follow different finishing routes, so the transfer position should reflect the actual process and the condition of the workpiece at each stage.

In wood finishing, the conveyor may connect sanding, dust cleaning, coating, and drying equipment. In building-board applications, it can link surface preparation, coating, curing, and unloading stages. This approach keeps the transfer function tied to the production sequence instead of treating it as a separate handling step.

Coating Line Integration

The conveyor can connect roller coating, spray painting, surface treatment, and drying equipment within one route. In a UV roller coating line, transfer sections move panels between successive processes while keeping the production flow continuous. For spraying applications, a UV spray painting line can use the same transfer principle between coating and downstream drying or handling stages.

Expanding the Automatic Transfer System

Straight conveying is only one part of material handling. The wider automatic conveyor range also includes loading, unloading, centering, turning, parallel translation, lifting, and protective-film handling equipment. These functions can be combined when the process requires more than straight transfer.

Final configuration should follow the actual workpiece and production route. Working width, conveyor length, transfer height, feeding direction, and electrical setup can be coordinated with connected equipment so the machine fits the line without adding unnecessary functions.

European Safety Standards

The frame of the belt conveyor is designed to meet German equipment standards and is made from high-quality, thick materials. It features a curved body with concealed power lines, preventing operators from being cut or electrocuted by sharp edges, ensuring production safety, and meeting European safety standards.

Heavy-Duty Welded Frame

Rectangular steel tubing forms the main load-bearing structure, while cold-rolled steel protective panels are CNC bent for consistent assembly. Powder-coated surfaces improve resistance to workshop moisture and coating residue during long-term operation.

Stable Continuous Operation

The rigid frame, controlled belt tracking, and adjustable conveyor speed support stable workpiece transfer during continuous production, helping the conveyor match the operating rhythm of connected coating equipment.

PVC Conveyor Components and Control

Scratch-Resistant Conveyor Belt

The conveyor uses an Ammeraal green PVC belt as the conveying medium. Its scratch- and corrosion-resistant surface combines suitable flexibility with durability for continuous panel transfer.
