Usually situated between the coating machine and the drying machine, this infrared heating oven uses far-infrared radiation to gently warm coatings, helping achieve a beautifully even, smooth finish on workpieces. At the same time, a top-mounted exhaust fan steadily removes moisture and harmful organic compounds from the coating layer, creating a cleaner, safer environment.

Greater Energy Efficiency

The infrared heating oven heats materials directly rather than heating the surrounding air first. It features a thickened insulation layer that minimizes heat loss to the environment, delivering greater energy efficiency and performance while reducing operational costs.

Standard Characteristics

Infrared Heating Tubes

We offer a dual-light source option: quartz tubes deliver gentle, uniform thermal radiation for 40–60°C coating leveling, preventing surface defects like pinholes and orange peel caused by rapid film formation; vacuum carbon fiber infrared tubes, by contrast, feature higher thermal conversion efficiency and concentrated radiant energy, ideal for rapid pre-drying at 60–80°C.

Thermal Insulation Layer

We offer high-reflectivity aluminum foil, rock wool, or aluminum silicate as insulation layer options to reduce heat loss. The tunnel features a segmented hinged cover with quick-release locks and fold-out supports, enabling targeted maintenance: only the cover segment for the faulty lamp zone needs to be opened during servicing, facilitating easy inspection, cleaning, and replacement of lamp tubes.

Intake and Exhaust Fans

During the drying process at 60–80°C, we have installed an easy-circulation system with top-mounted air intake and exhaust fans to vent organic compounds and water vapor generated by the coating. This serves to minimize temperature gradients, prevent localized overheating or undercooling, and ensure continuous drying and high-temperature conditions within the infrared heating oven.

Variable Frequency Control Panel

It comes with an integrated multifunctional control panel with button operation and is fitted with Taiwan Delta vector-output frequency converters. The system enables flexible adjustment of equipment parameters, including conveying speed, drying temperature, air intake, and exhaust volume, and supports multi-language display, such as English, Russian, Spanish, French, and Korean.
