The roller coater utilizes a closed-loop paint supply system, allowing the paint to be continuously recycled in liquid form. The roller coater is equipped with a Delta touchscreen, featuring a clear and user-friendly operating logic and supporting multiple languages. It enables intuitive setting of production parameters, real-time monitoring of equipment operation status, and precise feedback on fault alarm information, facilitating quick troubleshooting and lowering the barrier to equipment operation.

Precision Double Roller Structure

The roller coater is equipped with two EPDM rubber rollers and three chrome-plated stainless steel rollers. The double rollers are fixed at both ends with precision bearings, ensuring a roller surface runout of ≤0.008mm for uniform coating without roller marks. The gap between the rollers is adjusted using a ball screw and a worm gear reducer, equipped with a visual adjustment device.

Dovetail Groove Roller Lift

A high-rigidity dovetail guide structure, combined with precision linear guides, effectively enhances the stability and guiding accuracy during roller lifting and lowering, eliminating issues such as lifting deviation, shaking, and deformation, ensures a constant relative position between the roller and the substrate, and provides a structural guarantee for high-precision coating.

Independent Motor Reducer

The drive components of the roller coater use independent motor reducers from well-known brands, featuring overload protection and dustproof sealing. This ensures that the equipment maintains a constant rotational speed and stable torque during long-term coating operations, providing continuous and stable power support for high-precision coating.
