The coloring coating machine uses a single-application rubber roller and a doctor stainless steel roller that rotates counterclockwise to evenly apply liquid paint to the board. It features an auto-lifting function that prevents paint from piling up at both ends simultaneously. Coloring coating machines work well for thick coating on flat surfaces, especially on large boards.

The coloring coating machine is equipped with a paint circulation system. Excess paint not absorbed by the substrates can be quickly recovered through the return trough and reintroduced into the coating process after being pressurized by the pump unit, significantly reducing the user’s consumable paint costs.
To achieve rich surface effects, the coloring coating machine can be combined with other coating machines, drying ovens, and surface treatment equipment to form flexible modular systems. For instance, when combined with an excimer UV curing machine, it can achieve a special coating with a baby-skin-like texture.
Electrically lift the height of the roller to a suitable level for the thickness of the board at first. The conveyor entry detects each board and converts the signal into the PLC for calculation. PLC controls the roller to lower immediately and to lift homing after coating, enabling the coloring coating machines to achieve consistent coating effects.
The polyurethane rubber roller, fabricated from high-performance cast polyurethane elastomer, which has excellent compatibility with self-drying color coatings, ensures uniform paint transfer and produces brilliant coating effects without causing the roller material to swell or crack. The surface can be easily cleaned with paint thinner or alcohol.
Each roller is connected to the motor by an NSK bearing with a ceramic protective shield. The design incorporates a quick-disassembly structure, allowing for rapid, convenient grinding or replacement of the rubber roller by removing the coupling and bearings, then sliding the roller out through the notch in the upper mounting plate.
When adjusting the gap between the application rubber roller and the doctor steel roller, this screw compensator device can easily balance the setup to maintain a consistent gap, preventing gap deviation caused by vibration during operation. Stable gap control effectively avoids uneven coating thickness, paint leakage, or excessive paint consumption.
Through the coordinated control of photosensitive sensors, encoders, PLCs, and cylinders, the system accurately identifies incoming boards. Driven by a cylinder with a buffer unit, the roller group is instantly lowered to a position just touching the board surface, adapting to boards of different thicknesses and avoiding paint buildup at both ends during coloring coating.
