This spray painting machine features a precision reciprocating spraying mechanism, offering excellent adaptability for various coil and sheet workpieces. Its stable conveying system and controllable spraying motion prevent workpiece deformation while ensuring full coating coverage. Compared to roller coating or curtain coating methods, this machine achieves more uniform coating and penetration on edges and other hard-to-reach recesses.

The spray painting machine features a top-mounted reciprocating spray mechanism and four height-adjustable Japanese IWATA high-pressure air spray guns to ensure uniform spraying. A high-flow diaphragm pump delivers a stable, continuous supply of paint. An integrated automatic lubrication system regularly injects fresh lubricating oil into the guide rails, ensuring consistent and smooth operation.
The spray booth is equipped with a high-efficiency circulating water curtain system. Combined with the positive-pressure air system at the top of the machine, excess overspray paint mist is captured and absorbed by the circulating water flow, separating the paint particles from the exhaust gas. The system maintains a clean, pollution-free internal environment, ensuring a high-quality spray effect while reducing smell.
The top of the spray painting machine is equipped with a high-efficiency air filter, and positive-pressure airflow passes through the filter to maintain a clean, dust-free environment inside the paint chamber. A two-stage, all-stainless-steel rear filtration system on the back of the machine purifies paint mist before it is emitted. A high-power fan connected to the outlet duct draws the paint mist away.
The cantilevered, movable user interface is bilingual (Chinese and English), and custom languages can be selected upon request. The color touchscreen allows for precise parameter adjustment, and the PLC system automatically controls the spraying operation and spray gun activation based on product detection signals, ensuring stable, accurate, and efficient automatic spraying.
