The wood texture embossing machine applies a heavy stainless steel roller with laser-engraved wood texture to emboss the pattern on the wooden board.

The embossed patterns are natural and realistic high-quality wood grain, random on every piece, and you can customize your favorite pattern. Choosing the electric heating function makes the soft wood embossed texture carbonization more stable and won't rebound or even disappear.

It is mainly for cheap wood such as MDF, rubber wood, and ply to create popular precious wood grain, for better decorative value.

1. Is medium-density fiberboard suitable for wood texture embossing machine?

MDF is extremely uniform, fine, and texture-free. It is one of the most commonly used and ideal substrates for wood texture embossing machine (especially in panel furniture).

It can perfectly replicate any complex texture of the mold, with clear and sharp edges and a smooth surface, and is particularly suitable for fine carving, imitation wood grain, imitation leather grain, imitation stone grain and other effects.

However, the strength of MDF itself is limited, and it needs to be protected with veneer or high-quality paint after embossing.
2. Can the texture of the wood texture embossing machine be customized?
