The wide belt sanding machine is widely used for flat wood or fiber cement board raw thickness sanding or paint polish.

The wide belt sander is designed to utilize the vertical running sand belt or cooperate with the alloy aluminum pad to polish or sand, designed with advanced precise hardware to ensure a uniformly smooth surface and can be tailored with different configurations to accommodate various materials or paint layers, working independently or join a coating line to create a best adhesion and flat layer for later coating effect.

Standard Characteristics

Swing Blowing Dust

The swing-style blowing device near the top of the sanding belt helps to remove dust during work, promoting the sanding effect and increasing its lifetime.

Air Cylinder

The heavy-duty air cylinder with a larger diameter provides a better sealing effect and is more durable, ensuring stable and accurate lifting of the heads.

Aluminium Alloy Pad

Convenient electric lifting and the hand wheel fine turning assist to adjust the height of rollers faster and accurately, advanced dovetail slot structure to ensure stability.

Eccentric Shaft Damp Lifting

The former sanding frame applies an air cylinder lifting the eccentric shaft when at rest, which can protect the boards from damage if the machine stops in an emergency.

Shaft Hanging Slab

Each shaft is fixed on an independent stable hanging slab, easily solving the sanding deviation. Just turn the screw in a different direction which one round means 0.1mm rectify accurately.

Thickness Detect Device

The feeding entry is supported by advanced hardware, which has an automatic detection function to accurately determine the thickness of each board.
