2. How to control the coating thickness with the roller coating machine?

Method 1: Adjust the gap between the rubber roller and the stainless steel roller. The smaller the gap, the thinner the coating. The wider the gap, the thicker the coating.

4. How to properly maintain the roller coating machine？

The reducer of roller coating machine is maintenance-free product. All parts have been added various grease, lubricating oil and so on before leaving our factory that can be used directly. Check the silk bar, slider, etc., after two months used, re-add the new grease if needed.

After daily work off, use the paint thinner or alcohol to wash the rollers and the recycling structure clean without paint remains, release the rubber roller and steel roller at last, in case of damage of rollers.
