Clean trolley

At the exit of the spray booth, the automatic belt clean trolley scratched redundant paint for recycling, then wash the running belt in two stages constantly to ensure it is clean and dry during work.

Air pressure system

The big fan and filter supply the large fresh air from the top of the spray booth, creating a pressured airflow space to reduce paint mist and bring down to the back multiple filter exhausts.

1. How does reciprocating spray painting machine work?

The mechanical structure of this painting machine mainly consists of an automatic painting system, a spraying booth, a conveying system, a liquid coating recycling and cleaning system, and a paint mist recycling system.

Substrates are transported at a uniform speed through a conveying system. Before entering the spraying booth, the detection light curtain will transmit the signal to the painting control system. When substrates enter the spraying booth, two gun racks loaded with several spray guns will move back and forth at a constant speed. At the same time, the coating injected into the spray gun through the pump will be evenly sprayed onto the surface and four sides of the substrates.

After painting, the substrates will enter the subsequent drying oven, and the excess paint remaining on the conveyor belt will be collected and cleaned centrally. The paint mist evaporated in the air will also be recovered and filtered by a specialized device.
2. How to clean spray guns of the painting machine after daily work?

Clean the spray guns after work or when switching to a different type of paint during the job. To restore the spray guns to their original position, open the large arc glass or the two small doors on the sides of the painting machine, whichever is most convenient, to access the spray guns. Remove any remaining paint from the pump and transfer it to the prepared cleaning thinner.

Prepare a suitable container under the spray guns. Press the button intermittently on the stainless steel square control panel. Keep each spray gun painting until it sprays clean washing thinner, exhausting the residual paint from the pipes.
