Working Principle

Programming Control: The motion trajectory and spraying parameters of the robot are controlled through pre-written programs. Based on the shape, dimensions, and specific spraying needs of the workpiece, operators are able to configure parameters within the programming software. These parameters include the movement trajectory of the robot, the orientation of the spray gun, the rate at which spraying occurs, as well as the volume of paint being dispensed.

Sensor Feedback: During the spraying process, the sensors continuously feed back information to the control system. For example, the visual sensor can monitor the spraying effect in real time and detect problems such as missed spraying and uneven spraying; the distance sensor can automatically adjust the distance between the robot and the workpiece according to the undulations of the workpiece surface to ensure the spraying quality. The control system promptly adjusts the robot's motion and spraying parameters according to the information fed back by the sensors to ensure that the spraying effect reaches the best.

Composition Structure

Mechanical Body: It is usually composed of multiple joints and arms, featuring a high degree of flexibility and motion precision. It is capable of freely navigating through three - dimensional space to arrive at all kinds of parts that are in need of spraying.

Spraying System: Comprising components like spray guns and paint supply apparatuses, this system is highly adaptable. Spray guns, which come in different types such as air spray guns and electrostatic spray guns, are carefully chosen based on specific spraying demands. Their performance characteristics are tailored to meet the requirements of diverse spraying tasks. Meanwhile, the paint supply device plays a crucial role in accurately delivering paint to the spray gun, guaranteeing a consistent and stable paint supply throughout the spraying operation.

Control System: Functioning as the “brain” of the intelligent spraying robot, the control system is tasked with receiving data from a variety of sensors. It then uses this information to precisely govern the robot's motion path, as well as control key spraying parameters. This enables the robot to execute spraying tasks with high precision and efficiency. The control system usually adopts advanced algorithms and software, which can achieve complex motion planning and precise spraying operations.

Sensor System: It includes visual sensors, distance sensors, etc. The visual sensor can identify the shape, position, and surface condition of the workpiece, helping the robot accurately locate the spraying area; the distance sensor is used to detect the distance between the robot and the workpiece to ensure the uniformity and accuracy of spraying.

It simulates the movements of human arms and wrists to achieve fast, flexible, and free spraying. Within the size range, even if the shape of the panel is complex, it can be sprayed at all angles without blind spots. The spray gun runs on an arc track without pauses, and the spraying positioning is accurate and rapid. It can automatically adjust the amount of paint according to different needs.
