Introduction of Senlian Roller Coating Machine

Roller coating machine program setting:

Measure the thickness of the substrate to be coated before using the roller coating machine.

Adjust the height of all rubber rollers of the roller coating machine to be slightly lower than the measured thickness. (20-50 wires lower).

For example, the measured substrate thickness is 1800 wires, and I adjusted it to 1780 wires here.

You can press the green button on the roller coating machine operation panel to adjust it electrically, or you can turn the rocker arm to adjust it manually.

Put the substrate whose thickness has been measured before on the conveyor belt of the roller coating machine to test the coating effect.

The thickness of the paint film can be adjusted in the following two ways:

1. The tightness of the rubber roller and the squeeze roller. (The tighter the rubber roller of the roller coating machine fits, the thinner the paint film is, and the looser the paint film is, the thicker the paint film is.)
2. The frequency of the rubber roller and the squeeze roller is generally the same. (The slower the squeeze roller frequency of the roller coating machine is than the rubber roller frequency of the roller coating machine, the thinner the paint film is, for example, the rubber roller frequency is 16 and the squeeze roller frequency is 14)

The method of using "1" for large-scale adjustment and "2" for fine-tuning.
