Key Management Points for Furniture Roller Coating Production Lines

Equipment Inspection

This refers to the inspection of equipment by relevant personnel at specified times, according to standards and cycles, using visual observation or simple tools to promptly identify potential problems and prevent failures. Especially for continuous operation equipment like roller coating production lines, a standardized and operable inspection system should be developed with the participation of all personnel.  Emphasis should be placed on key parts such as sliding, rotating, and transmission components, focusing on ten key elements including pressure, temperature, leakage, and wear.

 

Equipment Lubrication Management

The core principle is the correct selection of lubricating materials and strict adherence to the "five fixed" requirements: fixed point, fixed oil, fixed quantity, fixed time, and fixed personnel. For key components of the roller coating production line, such as transmission rollers and conveying mechanisms, a special management system and lubrication procedures should be formulated.  Proper oil storage, quality testing, and waste oil recycling should be ensured to guarantee efficient and stable equipment operation.

 

Equipment Maintenance Management

This includes five methods: ① Post-failure maintenance: Repairing equipment after a failure occurs, suitable for non-critical or replaceable equipment; ② Preventive maintenance: Maintenance according to a pre-designed plan, suitable for critical equipment such as roller coating production lines; ③ Condition-based maintenance: Maintenance based on equipment monitoring results, requiring supporting detection devices, and is the mainstream development direction for continuous operation equipment like roller coating production lines; ④ Improvement maintenance: Using new processes to improve maintenance operations; ⑤ Modification maintenance: Modifying the equipment structure to improve performance, requiring prior justification and post-modification evaluation.

 

Spare Parts Management

A/B/C classification management is commonly used: Class A (important, high-value, and difficult-to-procure spare parts such as core components of the roller coating production line) requires strict control and precise procurement as needed; Class B has slightly looser control; Class C (many varieties, small consumption) can be ordered in batches or with extended ordering intervals, balancing supply assurance and economic efficiency.

 

Safety Management

This encompasses both personal safety and equipment safety. One of the core objectives of equipment management is to ensure equipment safety, thereby safeguarding personal safety, and this should be integrated into all management aspects.
