Coating Process
The coating journey commences with meticulous pre - treatment. First, the glass is precisely cut to the desired dimensions. Once pre - treated, a specialized glass coating machine comes into play. This machine carefully applies a nano - level coating onto the glass surface. After the initial application, the glass traverses an infrared leveling channel. Here, the heat from the infrared rays evenly spreads the coating, eliminating any potential unevenness.
