Heavy-Duty Double-Sided (Thin Sheet) Ultra-Precision Roller Coating Machine
This heavy-duty double-sided (thin sheet) ultra-precision roller coating machine is specifically designed for double-sided precision coating of sheet metal of 3mm and below. As a high-performance roller coating machine, it is designed and manufactured according to European standards for similar machines, integrating a heavy-duty frame structure, precision transmission technology, and a high-efficiency coating system. It achieves end-to-end process optimization from stable sheet metal transport to simultaneous quantitative coating on both sides, providing a reliable roller coating solution for large-scale production in industries such as metal, glass, and composite panels.
Machine Body
The roller coating machine body adopts an all-steel welded heavy-duty frame, which undergoes aging treatment to eliminate internal stress, ensuring structural stability during long-term high-load operation and effectively avoiding transport deviations caused by frame deformation, laying a solid foundation for precision coating.

Conveying Section
- The front conveyor uses a corrosion-resistant, scratch-resistant PU conveyor belt, 3mm thick, with a working height of 850mm and right-hand feed, ensuring stable transport of thin sheets before they enter the coating area of the roller coater.
- The rear conveyor uses a segmented wheel design, forming discrete support points to prevent the coated layer from being scratched, ensuring the quality and stability of double-sided coating on thin sheets by the roller coater.

Coating System
- The roller coater is equipped with two independent coating units, which can simultaneously complete the coating of both sides of thin sheets, significantly improving production efficiency. The roller group is equipped with a servo lifting system and a servo propulsion system, both with linear guides. The transmission error is strictly controlled within ±0.02mm, meeting the precision coating requirements of the roller coater.
- The coating roller of the roller coater uses a φ205mm high-elasticity, high-density sponge roller, which has excellent material suction, storage, and uniform release capabilities. Its soft surface and rapid rebound allow it to closely adhere to the surface of the thin sheet, preventing scratches and ensuring consistent coating thickness.
- The roller coating machine's extrusion rollers are made of φ200mm mirror-finish stainless steel, hard chrome plated and polished, resulting in high surface smoothness, high hardness, and excellent wear resistance. This allows for precise control of the coating amount, ensuring coating stability.
- The roller coating machine is equipped with a dedicated steel scraper, which can remove excess coating material from the roller surface in real time, avoiding uneven coating caused by material accumulation and further improving the coating accuracy.

Control System
The roller coating machine is equipped with a Siemens human-machine interface touchscreen, with clear and easy-to-understand operation logic. It allows for intuitive setting of production parameters, real-time monitoring of equipment operation status, and accurate feedback of fault alarm information, facilitating quick troubleshooting and lowering the operating threshold.

Low-Voltage Electrical Equipment
The roller coating machine uses Schneider Electric's low-voltage electrical equipment. Leveraging Schneider Electric's mature quality control system, this enhances the stability and lifespan of the electrical system, reducing subsequent maintenance costs.

Independent Control Cabinet
Moving the control system of the roller coater from the machine body to an independent cabinet not only optimizes the layout of the roller coater but also facilitates the inspection and maintenance of electrical components. At the same time, it reduces the impact of machine body vibration on the roller coater's electrical system, improving control accuracy. In addition, the independent cabinet provides a better dustproof and heat dissipation environment, extending the service life of the roller coater's electrical components.
