A flow curtain coating machine is an automated coating equipment that achieves uniform coating application through a "flow coating" method.  It is primarily used for surface finishing of workpieces such as plates and profiles.

1. The coating material is pressurized by a pump and then forms a continuous and uniform "coating curtain" through the flow coating head.
2. The workpiece is moved at a constant speed under the curtain by the flow curtain coating machine's conveying system (such as a conveyor belt or rollers), and its surface is completely covered with the coating.
3. Excess coating material is recycled and reused through the flow curtain coating machine's recovery system. After curing (drying/natural drying), the workpiece forms a smooth coating.
