Different Paint Combinations with Different Reciprocating Spraying Production Lines

Today we will talk about the differences in paint and how the production line is matched. In our industry, most customers choose UV paints, PU paint, Water based paint, NC paint, PE paint and others.

If you are using UV paint, our production line is equipped with a belt conveyor - dust cleaner - reciprocating spraying machine - infrared drying oven - UV curing machine - belt conveyor. This is a very standard production line, with the purpose of uploading - removing dust from the surface of the product - spraying UV paint (with a paint recycling system that UV paint can be reused) - leveling the surface and drying the paint - instantly curing.

If you are using PU/WB/NC/PE paint, our production line is equipped with a belt conveyor - dust collector - reciprocating sprayer - infrared drying channel/hot air recycle drying tunnel - belt conveyor. The purpose is to load - remove dust from the surface of the product - spray PU/WB/NC paint - make the paint level and dry - download the product. Afterwards, it will be sent to the drying room. This is different from the production line of UV paint because the characteristics of the paint are different. UV paint combined with a UV curing machine can instantly cure the paint within 3-5 seconds, and the product can be touched immediately without affecting the coating effect. PU/WB/NC/PE paint belongs to the self drying type of paint, and finally sending it to the drying room for drying is a good choice.

If you use other special paints, such as anti fingerprint paint, we will consider using different spray guns on the reciprocating spraying machine, and the production line will also be equipped with infrared short wave drying tunnel and air coolers.
