It can handle complex shapes, concave and convex surfaces, or fine components (such as automotive, furniture details, irregular parts, etc.)

In terms of efficiency and cost:

Roll Coater:

Efficiency: Suitable for continuous production, fast speed, and suitable for large-scale operation of a single product.

Cost: High utilization rate of paint (almost no waste), simple equipment maintenance.

Spray machine:

Efficiency: High flexibility, but multiple sprays (such as primer and topcoat) are required for a single operation.

Cost: High paint loss (20% -40% overspray), requiring additional protection (such as spray booth, filtration system).

Environmental Protection and Operation:

Roll Coater:

It has low VOC emissions, low noise, and is simple to operate. It is also suitable for factory assembly lines.

Spray machine:

It is necessary to deal with paint atomization pollution (equipped with environmental protection equipment such as ventilation and water curtains), which requires high technical requirements for operators.

How to choose?

Roll coating machine: flat workpieces, high viscosity coatings, pursuit of low cost and high efficiency.

Selection of spraying machine: complex shapes, high precision requirements, special effects (such as gradient, matte).
