The linear spray painting machine is a small automatic spraying machine that can be used for continuous spraying in line.

It is suitable for producers who require spraying of the surface and thin sides of linear or narrow plates. Different spray guns and pumps can be configured to match different coatings. The commonly used coatings are UV, PU, water-based, sealer, stain, primer, finish, etc.

This machine is integrated with a small paint booth and a reciprocating single arm that fixed spray guns with different angles. There is a water curtain filter, a pressure air system, a paint collection system, and detect guide devices to control the spraying or off.

The linear spray painting machine has a low cost and high efficiency. Regarding wood lines, PVC, ceramics, metal, and other products, it is really a good choice.

This machine has great advantages in the spraying of linear products. It can perform mass spraying at a working speed of 1-10m/min, effectively improving production capacity, controlling coating quality, and reducing personnel costs. In addition, the working principle of reciprocating spraying and the fixed spray gun on the side effectively ensures the coating quality of the line edges.

Challenges

However, one machine is not omnipotent. It still faces some challenges. For example, it cannot spray both surfaces of products at the same time, but it can be completed twice. Besides, when spraying color paint, it cannot recognize the intensity of color like the human eyes and only sprays the areas that need to be supplemented with color. It is a fully covered spraying, ensuring uniform coating.

Automatic Lubricating Device

This device automatically injects lubricating oil into the guide rail at regular intervals to ensure normal operation during long-term use.

Detect Guide Device

The width of the entry is adjustable by the two rollers by the conveyor, which helps to guarantee workpieces in the same place, and ensures a uniform spraying effect.

Exhaust Emission System

On the top of the water curtain cabinet, a strong fan keeps the paint mist away after filtering. As usual, the top fan is connected to the export pipe or export waste gas treatment equipment.

Water Curtain Container

It equips the spraying cabinet with a water curtain system inside, and paint mist integrated into the circular water away that keeps a clean environment ensures a better spraying effect, and reduces smell.

PE belt conveyor

The PE belt has high tensile strength, good winding, oil resistance, and easy cleaning, with the automatic rectification device and internal scraper that delivers steady keep clean.

1. How to cleaning the linear spray painting machine after working?

Place the suction tube of the plunger pump into the cleaning solution and start the spray gun until it sprays the cleaning solution. Then, wipe the conveyor belt. After the machine is turned off, remove the nozzle and atomizing cap and soak them in the cleaning solution.
