The hot air drying oven applies electric fins to generate hot air, which is then supplied to the internal air knives through the fans. Part of the hot air reaches the paint on the board surface to achieve drying, while part of the air is recycled back to the heating box through the circulation pipeline. This process of recycling saves energy while also exhausting the cool air with moisture and VOCs simultaneously.

Usually, we can add far infrared rays to raise the temperature higher and faster, and choose different oven lengths to match different drying requirements.

The hot air drying oven is mainly used for drying water-based paint on various materials, including wood furniture, glass, metal sheets, ceramic, and fiber cement boards.

The wind knife is made of stainless steel and aluminum alloy, which is precise, energy-saving and efficient. It ensures that the wind resistance is small, the wind speed is average and the wind shape is uniform

Aluminum Silicate Insulation Layer

The heat preservation cover of the drying tunnel is treated with heat preservation and rust prevention.The side wall of the tunnel can be opened for observation of the drying path or internal maintenance.

Hot Air Recycle System

The hot air recycle system above the tunnel ensures continuous high-temperature effects and drying inside the dryer.

Steel Pipe Chain Conveyor

The conveyor is suitable for conveying various materials, without system blockage.The transportion is smoothly along the pipe with less material damage.

Ceramic Radiation Tube

The machine applies 4 sets of ceramic radiation tube to heat the air rapidly to a high temperature.

Circulating Fan

1. What is the working principle of hot air drying ovens?

The hot air drying oven utilizes ceramic heating tubes to heat the air to high temperatures. It employs a mechanical mechanism that includes a uniform flow layer, an air knife, and a return air duct to ensure uniform airflow inside. This design quickly removes water vapor, effectively achieving either surface drying or complete drying of the coating.
2. How long do I need for a hot air drying oven?

Our hot air drying oven is usually lengthened or shortened base on the length of 10 meters. Its design needs to take into account functional requirements, coating properties, production line speed, board size to be accommodated, and other factors.

Function requirements: This machine is primarily used to dry the paint surface or for deep drying. Typically, the machine for surface drying is shorter, while a longer drying oven is needed for deep drying.

Coating properties: Different paints have different drying conditions. For example, oil-based paint may dry relatively quickly, which means the length of the hot air drying oven is much shorter. Water-based paint may take longer, also depending on their thickness and water-holding capacity.

Production line speed: The faster the production line works, the longer the drying oven is; the slower the production line works, the shorter the drying oven becomes.

3. What are the heating methods for the hot air drying oven?

Electric heating: Our most basic hot air drying oven uses electric heating, where cold air passes through electric heating elements to form hot air. It has the widest range of applications.

Gas heating: We also use the natural gas heating method, which has a high calorific value and high combustion efficiency.

Thermal oil heating: Thermal oil is also a good choice, using hot oil as a propagation medium to achieve high temperatures.
4. Can I customize a hot air drying oven suitable for larger products?

Sure. We often need to add 100mm to the width of your product when designing the working width of the machine to ensure smooth transportation.
