The dust cleaner machine automatically detects the boards with two different inverse brushes, top cyclone blowers, and a destabilizing generator. These three modules are optional, working together to ensure the boards are cleaned completely, and suitable for flat or designed wood furniture, cabinet, and door products, in big boards or small pieces, ensuring highly coating effects later.

Choose the common dust cleaner with two reverse brushes for the top side or double faces still good enough for loading and after the sanding process.

Standard Characteristics

Brush Rollers

At the feeding section, it uses one bristle brush for initial cleaning and one Nylon brush for fine cleaning.The two brush rollers rotate in opposite directions.

Whirlwind Blowers

Six hanging blowers automatically rotate quickly after detecting the board, forming a cyclone wind to ensure that no tiny dust or blind angles are missed.

Plasma Electrostatic Removal

This device can effectively and safely eliminate static and remove tiny dust particles on the surface of the plate.

Aluminum Track

All the tracks are made of fully aluminum material, which is lighter but much stronger and more stable.

Non-slip Corrugated Conveyor Belt

A 3mm thick ripple straw belt with a flat table provides better skid resistance for different products to pass through and convey evenly.

HMI Control Panel

All functions are displayed on the operation screen, and there is a data memory function. Clear and simple to operate.
