Automatic Parallel Conveyor

Model SL-FCD

The automatic parallel conveyor consists of two groups, the inlet and outlet roller conveyors, connected by a parallel auto-lifting belt strip conveyor that automatically translates the boards from one line to another, like a U-style piece by piece, keeping the whole process going smoothly and boards in the same direction.

It is helpful to save the length of the coating line to meet short spaces, suitable for wood, glass, fiber cement board, and metal plate production lines.

Standard Characteristics

Edge anti-collision device

The device provides impact buffering to help position the plate during the steering process.

Couplings

The cylinder is Used to compress air through the piston, store compressed air, or drive the piston through air pressure to lift the plate.

Photosensor

When the photosensor detects that a plate has entered the working area of the machine, it automatically starts the program operation.
