Automatic Board Turning Over Machine

Model SL-FCT

The automatic board turning over machine applies two layers of rubber rollers conveyor up and down pinching the board gently and stably when it passes through the detector, cooperated with air cylinder and motor drive rotating turn over the board upside down, then continues to deliver straightly in the same direction.

It is mainly for the automatic door, fiber cement board, or plate metals coating line which needs double-face production, to avoid manual turnover work that is dangerous for breaking or polluting during the coating or sanding process.

Rubber Layer Rollers

The roller's surface is covered with a layer of rubber. This conveying platform can minimize physical damage to the coating accuracy and the plate during flipping.

Conveying Structure

The conveying platform is composed of two layers of rubber rollers, and two sets of solid rubber rollers clamp the plate to achieve 180°turnover.

HMI Control Panel

It can control the equipment accurately ,which is easily and quickly link to other devices to meet multiple application.

Conveyor Motor and Reducer

The reducer slows down the input speed, so that the output speed reaches the correct speed, and also reduces the inertia of the load.
