The automatic board loading machine applies the vacuum sucker disks or sponge strips, controlled accurately by PLC and servo motors with rainbow motion technology, moving smoothly, and active shaking technology to avoid boards sticking or dropping during work, mainly for heavy flat or shaped boards, automatically loading or unloading stock rhythmically instead of manually working.

Turbofan

The turbine fan and the vacuum generator on the suction cup are used together to make the loading and unloading of the plate more stable.

Centring Conveyor

When the plate is placed on the conveyor by the gripper, the centering system will adjust the position of the plate, more convenient for subsequent transportation.
