The automatic board loading machine applies the vacuum sucker disks or sponge strips, controlled accurately by PLC and servo motors with rainbow motion technology moving smooth, active shaking technology to avoid boards sticking or dropping during work, mainly for heavy flat or shaped boards automatic loading or unloading stock rhythmed instead of manually working.

Cooperate with centring conveyor to make the furniture big board, wood door, fiber cement board, plate metals, and glass automatic coating line more efficient and stable.

Turbofan

The turbine fan and the vacuum generator on the suction cup are used together to make the loading and unloading of the plate more stable.

Vacuum Generator

Linear Guide Rail

The guide rail is mainly used to transport plates, accurately identify the center position of the plate, and run smoothly without stalls and almost no noise.

Centring Conveyor

When the plate is placed on the conveyor by the gripper, the centering system will adjust the position of the plate, more convenient for subsequent transportation.
