Function:  it applies top two reciprocating spray guns and two sides fixed adjustable spray guns to paint wide line pieces on top and sides, these spray guns automatic close while without workpiece pass through, with water curtain inside move the paint mist away make better spraying effect.
It is suitable to spray primer or finish of wide flat straight lines and even some with stages or angle.

  • Top two reciprocating spray guns

    In the middle of spray booth, hanging two spray guns on top reciprocating spraying ensure even surface of wide linear products.

  • Two sides spray guns

    Beside the conveyor in the spray booth, apply two fixed spray guns which height and angle adjustable ensure spraying the edge of wide linear products.

  • Inlet belt guide and detector

    Inlet conveyor guide linear translate in same position ensure uniform spraying effect and detector control the spray guns close without products pass through saving paint cost.

  • Spray booth top filter

    On the top of spray booth set filter layer ensure clean air in and prevent paint mist out directly or gather as drop down pollute products below.

  • Back water curtain container

    Fully stainless steel container back of spray booth with strong pump support water recycling and two filter layers clean the paint mist before exhaust.

  • Top strong exhaust fan

    On the top of water curtain cabinet, a strong fan keep exhaust the paint mist away after filter, usually the top fan connect to the expert pipe or expert waste gas treatment equipment.
