Automatic roller lifting
· Electric lifting the height of roller suitable to the thickness of board at first.
· The conveyor entry detect each board by phtosensitive sensor, with encoder translate signal to PLC calculate.
· PLC control the roller lifting down immediately by air cylinder and lifting up homing after coating. -

Roller quick disassembling
Each rubber roller connect to the motor by NSK bearing with ceramics protective shield. Design quick disassembling structure that convenient to repair or change rubber roller.

Push screw compensator
When push the gap between the application rubber roller and doctor steel roller, this screw compensator device can easily adjust balance to ensure the whole gap keep the same.
